Canadian RV Trip: Banff National Park
On July 11, 2007, we decided to go take a look at Banff in Alberta. We didn't think much of Banff - it was way too commercial and major construction was going on in the downtown area. It was also very expensive. But the surrounding countryside was awesome.
The Bow River was a beautiful color.
Now and then the highway was spanned by what we assumed were bridges for wildlife so they could safely cross the road. Great idea!

This was the Sundance Range, I believe...
The mountains were huge and you really noticed it when they were towering overhead.
