Mysterious Crow - Pied Northwestern Crow

NOTE: I was able to take some more photos of one of these crows (yes, I'm almost positive there's more than one.) The photos below the first one were taken by the Turnaround. Be sure to click on the link to the movie of this crow flying.

There's been a crow hanging out in the Eliason Harbor neighborhood for a while and lots of conjecture in the bird community about why it has white on it. I saw it, or one like it, today and got a photo. Tried to get it flying but it new I was up to something and wouldn't cooperate. I don't think it's the same bird because it didn't have large white patches on the outstretched wings like the one I saw at the Skateboard Park. But it's similar. Here's the photo:
