Ski Weekend in Juneau
These pictures on Picasa are from a ski trip to Eaglecrest on Douglas Island, Juneau. I've been skiing there about three times before this trip. Some of those trips were when Eaglecrest first opened in the 70s. My last ski trip was in the 80s when we took the kids there for a vacation. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I hadn't lost my ski legs. It didn't hurt too badly to have attended a few aerobic classes before this trip! My second day I wore a knee wrap, which helped a sore spot. I had one major spill the second day after lunch when my legs were very tired. A trip to the chiropractor followed by a massage got me back in working order on Monday in no time!
